INTENSIVE FITNESS

The directed classes of INTENSIVE FITNESS consist of the realization of exercises with weights and other external elements from an aerobics class following the movements that the monitor is indicating to the rhythm of the music. Ideal to strengthen all the musculature obtaining a stylized and straight silhouette.

In addition, following the steps of the monitor, all your muscles will develop equitably and performing stretches before and after the class will avoid discomfort and injury.
